12 – Worked closely with the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs on implementing a Government First Nations Cheque Replacement Card Program
13 – Co-authored the Retail Council of Canada Special Study on Recharges – covered 15 of the major Canadian Shopping Centres
14 – Caused an amendment to the Canadian Income Tax Act because of positive tax planning for Public Company Dylex Limited and their subsidiary Bi-Way Stores Limited
15 – Representations made to U.S. Senators and Congressmen on Capital Hill as a Director of the International Telecard Association (based in Washington DC)
16 – Co-Founder, President and CEO of Nabour Stores Limited (41 stores in 5 years) which was sold to the Canadian Public Company Grafton Fraser Group
