Dr. Ayo Adeyemi is an accomplished international trainer, keynote speaker, strategist, and board-level advisor with over 20 years of experience in enterprise development, business strategy, marketing, and human resource management. He is widely recognized for helping organizations, institutions, and leaders translate strategy into sustainable growth, performance excellence, and measurable impact.
He has delivered high-impact executive training and advisory services to local and multinational organizations, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational transformation, and capacity building across sectors. As a prolific author and thought leader, Dr. Adeyemi has written several influential books, including 10Ms of Business Success, Mind Your Business, Personal Productivity and Effectiveness, Take That Leap, and Compendium of Marketing Terminologies, alongside numerous professional articles.

Dr. Adeyemi brings significant governance and board experience, previously served as Board Vice Chairman of Black Organization (Toronto, Canada), and currently serving as Board Member and Director of Membership at the Council of African Professionals (Canada), and Academic Board Member of St. Martha’s College of Health and Safety (Canada) and Faculty member, Workplace LeadershipInstitute. Canada. His board contributions emphasize strategic oversight, leadership development, institutional growth, and stakeholder engagement.

In academia, he has held professorial and instructional leadership roles at St. Clair College, Canadore College, and CDI College (Canada). He holds a Professional Doctorate in Commerce & Enterprise Development and has taught and facilitated programs at NIPPS Jos (Nigeria), CIMMO (Canada), FATE Institute, and the Tony Elumelu Foundation, Workplace Leadership Institute, Project Management Institute, and IQRA University, Pakistan.

A committed servant leader, Dr. Adeyemi is a dedicated Rotarian, having served as Vice President, Rotary Club of Akowonjo, Charter President, Rotary Club of Mushin Golden, and Assistant Governor in Rotary Districts 9110 and 9112. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and a recipient of multiple awards and special recognitions for service and leadership.
